Site Conditions:

Job site photoThe installation of the interior trim and cabinetry takes up a surprising amount of space on the job site. The following items are required before work can begin:

    • The job must have vehicle access to the house for unloading tools and supplies. Tools will not be carried back and forth from the street.
    • The jobsite must be cleared out of all debris including sheetrock, buckets, unrelated materials, and be in broom clean condition.
    • The job should be ready. All windows installed, all sheetrock work complete, all materials on site or ordered, all priming complete.
    • There must be an easily accessible space to store and separate all the different materials.
    • There must be a safe, clear work area for the various saws, tools, and tables along with enough space to rotate long lengths of materials.
    • There must be electrical power available within 100 ft of the front door.
    • There should be a dumpster or designated area to dump debris and empty waste containers.
    • There must be toilet facilities (porta-potty) on site.
    • Other interior work to be performed (tile, hardwood, HVAC, etc) should be scheduled not to interfere or conflict with interior trim and cabinet installation.
